This without limitation includes loss of revenue/data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries. Prymus Manager agrees and acknowledges that use shall be solely responsible for Prymus Manager’s conduct and that the Company reserves the right to terminate your rights to use the service immediately, notwithstanding penal provisions under the Indian cyber laws or any other allied laws enacted by the government of India or any other statutory, legislative or regulatory authority authorized in this regard from time to time. Eligibility

Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. After the cease of this agreement or expiration of the tenure (as selected and paid by the retailer via use of his/her/its exclusive “my account”) of this agreement, the retailer cannot reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute such material in any way, including by email or other electronic means and whether directly or indirectly or assist any other person to do so.

Trademark Complaint

www.prymus.co.in respects the intellectual property of others. In case You feel that Your Trademark has been infringed, you can write to www.prymus.co.in at info@prymus.co.in.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall www.prymus.co.in be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind in connection with these retailer's terms and conditions, refund policy, and cancellation policy, even if the retailer has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
