Terms And Conditions

Thank you for considering the Prymus BYOB Affiliate program. As an affiliate (Affiliate) of Prymus Brandcom India Pvt. Ltd., you agree to the terms and conditions of the following agreement (Agreement). This agreement is designed to protect the interests of Prymus, our affiliates and our clients. Affiliate Agreement

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the Prymus BYOB affiliate program. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant). In this agreement, “Prymus” refers to Prymus Brandcom India Pvt Ltd., a Delhi based marketing agency, with whom you are entering this agreement. By applying to the Prymus BYOB affiliate program you are confirming that you have read the agreement and agree to the terms and conditions.

Approval and Rejection of Applications

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.

Commission

All commissions will be paid via bank transfer once a month. The amount will be determined according to the slabs as defined by Prymus:

Prymus reserves the right to alter these slabs at their own discretion.
A summary of all commissions earned by the Affiliate will be available in the Affiliate’s dashboard.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

Prymus reserves the right to disqualify the commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

Commission

All refunds will be administered under our refund policy.

Termination

Either party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without prior notice.
All terminations will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Affiliate Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or accrued referral fees in your Account if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

Usage and Obligations

All affiliates are permitted to use the Prymus brand and marketing resources that are made available in the Affiliates dashboard on the Prymus website and mobile application. The affiliates cannot make any changes to the logo or any other assets of Prymus. The affiliates do not gain any trademark or copyright or any other rights to any of these materials.

The Affiliate will never imply that they are acting on behalf of Prymus and will never advertise Prymus products and services directly. The Affiliate will never bid for advertisements that compete with Prymus.

The Affiliate will never represent themselves, Prymus or their relationship with Prymus in a false or misleading way.

The Affiliate will not engage in the distribution of an unsolicited bulk email (spam) mentioning or referencing Prymus.

Modification

We may modify any of the terms and conditions within this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may include, but not limited to changes in the scope of available commissions, commission schedules, payment procedures and Affiliate Program rules.
